Guided Meditations

Service Description

With this particular service I'll lead you through a variety of meditations. Whether all you want is to release some of your baggage and get some peace of mind after a demanding and stressful day. Alternatively, perhaps you'd like to meet and establish a connection with your Spirit Guides or your Highest Self. These 15 to 30 minute guided meditation sessions are available to anyone no matter race, age, religion, etc. However I must warn you, if you're not ready to sit with yourself and your thoughts, do not attend our guided meditations.
