Times are going to come when you feel like what you are going through is unbearable and there's no way out, know that there is always a way out! Most importantly pain is inevitable but suffering is optional, try not to let your emotions consume you. When emotions like anger and sadness arise , acknowledge these emotion of course, but don't let it sit for too long and consume and control you.     You may not know it but you are manifesting all the time! When you are just simply imagining how a moment may go days from now, your so into the imagining that you can also feel the emotions you are feeling (sad, excited, nervous), the environment you are in etc. You either find yourself doing it a lot throughout the day or maybe just that one time. The day arrives and it's exactly how you imagine it or maybe it's similar either way you manifested that! Crazy right?!
